Experience how proper breathing technique and body alignment effects your total well-being. This is the path for effective and efficient progression in Pilates. Great for Pilates beginners, those looking to move better and everyone else.
This is focused on spinal articulation, joint control and balance while stretching the tissues that allow flushing of the toxins out of the cells, allowing fresh blood in that feeds the cells around the joints, thus increasing blood flow in and around each vertebrae. We will use the foam roller, mini stability ball to facilitate this technique. All provided for use in the studio.
